ProTechZen Technologies was founded in Bengaluru in 2024 on a stubborn opinion: most software fails on communication, not on code. We are a small, senior partnership that would rather ship working software than sell a roadmap.
Why we started ProTechZen
Between us we have spent years inside delivery teams, and we kept seeing the same failures: unclear ownership, invisible progress, and architecture decided by whoever shouted loudest.
So we built the opposite. Small senior squads. A demo every Friday. One board everyone can read. Architecture decisions written down with their trade-offs. It is unglamorous, and it is the whole point.
